At InTrendly, we curate premium décor products and ensure careful packaging and quality checks before dispatch.
Due to the nature of global shipping and décor items, we do not accept physical returns.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong product

  • Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

How to Request a Refund

Email intrendly@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video proof of the issue

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or texture variations

  • Incorrect size or style selection by the customer
